3D Generalist role with a focus on character design, creation, and workflows for generative systems - concepting designs, classes for lore-rich character races.
I oversee the Avatar pipeline of the project, and am responsible for managing it in it's entirety - concept > base meshes > propagation into Houdini > final output, etc.
In addition, I generally oversee and complete tasks related to virtual production in Unreal, motion capture and live streaming, as well as some prop creation, lookdev / material authoring.
Full character design and creation process for web-based metaverse platform, working in a toon-PBR workflow with glTF and VRM standards. Characters created from concept sheets, 'live concepting' modelling, and commissioned content for end-users.
Other responsibilities include prop design and creation for said characters, as well as 'wearable' content and other clothing / props with interactive uses, consulting on VRM compatibility and interoperability of content across metaverse platforms.
